Ryan Gosling's Dead Man's Bones Return With New Song 'Lost In The Night'
This is the band's first release in over 15 years.

After rumours swirled that Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields were making a comeback with their musical project Dead Man's Bones, the duo have this week shared a new song, 'Lost In The Night', their first release since their critically praised self-titled debut album dropped in 2009 on ANTI- Records.
The track was produced with longtime collaborator Tim Anderson and takes inspiration from the band Suicide and great American songwriter Bruce Springsteen, landing somewhere between moody '80s post-punk and soaring contemporary rock and roll.
Gosling and Shields tried recording the track in several studios around Los Angeles but failed to find the sound they wanted, leading the pair to record at a farm outside the city with two guitars, two drum machines and two synths.
'Lost In The Night' is accompanied by a music video starring Noah Jupe and Rain Spencer that follows the pair on a romantic night out.

The brainchild of Gosling and Shields, Dead Man's Bones found a niche audience with their haunting gothic-inspired rock and roll, releasing their only album in 2009.
Recorded with the Silverlake Conservatory Children’s Choir, their self-titled debut received positive reviews, taking listeners on a journey through nostalgia and haunting American folklore.
Now reunited with a new song out in the world, many are hoping the band's long-awaited sophomore album is on the way. Fingers crossed.
'Lost In The Night' is out now. Listen here.
